1. Returns

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom/personalized products
  • Gift cards and digital downloads

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • A partial refund may be issued at our discretion for items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or have missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Refunds will be issued using the method communicated to you at the time of approval (e.g., original payment method, UPI, bank transfer).

4. Shipping Returns

  • You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

This Refund and Cancellation Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and other applicable regulations.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jorhat, Assam.
